1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

Welcome to Cendro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Customer") and Cendro ("we," "us," "our," or "Store"), governing your access to and use of our online store located at cendropro.myshopify.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products offered through the Site.

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. 3. Orders and Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions, or violation of these Terms.

After you submit an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided. This confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance occurs when we ship the products to you and send you a shipping confirmation email. At that point, a binding contract for the sale of the products is formed between you and Cendro.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products that we make available or that may be purchased per person, household, or order. If we cancel an order or part of an order that has already been charged to your payment method, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide in connection with your order—including shipping address, billing address, email address, and payment information—is accurate and complete. Cendro is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or other issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

4. Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax. The prices listed are subject to change at any time without prior notice; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.

Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the shipping destination address you provide. The amount of sales tax charged will be displayed in your order summary before you complete your purchase. Cendro collects and remits sales tax in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local tax laws. You are responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, even if your order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled due to a pricing error, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect charge.

5. Payment

We accept various forms of payment as indicated at checkout, which may include major credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us to charge the total amount of your order (including product price, applicable taxes, and any other applicable charges) to that payment method.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Cendro does not store complete credit card or payment information on our servers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and to promptly update your account information in the event of any changes.

Payment is due in full at the time you place your order. If payment cannot be successfully processed or charged for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

In the event of suspected fraud, unauthorized use of payment methods, or chargeback activity, we reserve the right to cancel orders, suspend or terminate accounts, and pursue all available legal remedies.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Cendro ships products within the United States. Shipping within the United States is FREE—there are no shipping costs or fees charged for standard delivery to U.S. addresses.

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of order confirmation and shipment. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control. Cendro is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you, and reshipment to a corrected address may incur additional charges or may not be possible. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund, minus any costs incurred by us.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Cendro pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the shipping carrier for lost, damaged, or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Cendro offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. This return period is our store policy; there is no statutory cooling-off period or automatic right of withdrawal for online purchases in the United States.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons, which will be indicated on the product page or at the time of purchase.

CENDRO DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND PRODUCTS.
